The Learn@UW Utility site description

The Learn@UW Utility Site is a collection of resources specifically designed for campus Site Administrators. However, it may be quite useful to Learning Technology Development Council members, CIOs, and others. The site includes the following, some of which may be in various stages of development:

Important Notices and Announcements - Upcoming outages, maintenance (including a calendar of events).
Product Documentation - UW System, Learn@UW, and D2L produced.
Problems & Solutions - Known Issues, Knowledgebase, Problem Reporting/Tracking, Release Notes and more.
Service Information - Service Documentation, Service Level Agreement (SLA), Service Announcements (weekly eNewsletter), and Future Directions.
Utilization Reports - Usage, Demographics, Resource Consumption. - Coming Soon
